The benefits of the legendary Ningxia wolfberry have been sought after for centuries, and ongoing research continues to yield exciting, new health-supporting properties.

The wolfberries (Lycium barbarum) sourced for NingXia Red hail from the Ningxia province in northern China. This superfruit has one of the highest percentages of fibre of any whole food and contains zeaxanthin—a carotenoid important to maintaining healthy vision. It also contains polysaccharides, amino acids, and symbiotic vitamin-mineral pairs that when present together promote optimum internal absorption.
If that wasn't enough...

NingXia Red's® essential blend is made up of orange, yuzu, lemon and tangerine.  Strategically chosen for their health-supporting benefit and flavor profiles, these oils are 93 percent d-limonene - a powerful antioxidant and natural constituent.

It's Time to Taste Mother Nature's Perfect Food!
If you haven't tried Ningxia Red® for yourself, now is the time!

Loving your body with some TLC - helping you to live the life you want (and always secretly thought you would).

Do you remember the "Friends" episode where Chandler falls in love with bathing, with the relaxing decor provided by candlelight, the beautiful aromas...

Sometimes we just need a little TLC   - to relax and unwind, and sometimes to to show how much we love and respect  ourselves, body, mind & soul!

Create your own spa getaway with these easy-to-make DIY shower bombs, and show yourself how much you care for you!

Toss a shower bomb in the bottom of your shower  (or bath) and enjoy the wonderful scent or create a collection of these homemade shower bombs as a gift for someone you love.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups baking soda
  • 1 cup citric acid (available at health food stores or online)
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 30+ drops of your favorite aromatic essential oil (see our suggestions below)
Directions:
Mix together the baking soda and citric acid in a medium-size bowl. In a separate small bowl or bottle, mix together water and essential oil. Slowly add the oil-water mixture a few drops at a time into your dry ingredients, stirring well after each addition (a stand mixer works well for this). If necessary, pack the balls again more tightly. Allow to dry for 12+ hours before using.

5 Tips to help Balance your Day

Rejuvenate your mind - 5 tips to help Balance Your Day

Anger is an emotion that causes a chemical reaction in the body and dissipates pretty much as quickly as it was formed, and yet if you feel angry for longer than about 30 seconds, it is generally because you have made the choice to hang onto that anger.

Here are some simple tips to creating a more balanced and happy outlook in your life.

  • Smile - even if you don’t feel like it, fake it.  Smiling will not only strengthen and tone facial muscles, but it helps shift your mood to a positive vibration.

  • Meditate  - allow your mind to relax and stretch itself within the silence.  Let go of burdens and thoughts that are weighing you down and just exist.

  • Get a life coach - sometimes we don’t even realise we are in a rut.  Engaging a professional life coach can help re-energise and rejuvenate your life.  Bring back passion, goals, commitment and motivation and feel alive again!

  • Think “thank you” - by focusing on what you are grateful for can help focus the mind on things that make you happy.  Instead of venting on a situation, find the good in it, even if you don’t feel grateful immediately, at least acknowledge the good of it.

Turing your life from crazy, hectic business is not always easy, but keep strong, keep repeating the above steps and watch the change unfold in your life!
